Once a year, over a long weekend, Swan Valley celebrates everything the Valley stands for. Food. Wine. Music. Fun. Arts. Culture. Workshops. Entertainment. Known collectively as Entwined in the Valley, it's the signature event of this ever-burgeoning humane food region.
The premier showcase of the weekend is the Entwined Degustation Dinner, where the cr?me de la cr?me of internationally renowned chefs and sommeliers join forces for an annual evening of epicurean indulgence. Past guest chefs include George Calombaris and Matt Moran, with ?Pop Princess of Pastry? Anna Polyviou taking top billing for 2016.
Guests will be treated to a seven-course degustation menu showcasing fresh Swan Valley produce, with each course strategically matched with award-winning local wines from the Singapore Airlines Swan Valley Wine Show. Prepared by Caroline Taylor, Hadleigh Troy, Michael Hartnell and Kiren Mainwaring, this year's feast is set to be a showstopper.
The Entwined experience doesn't stop there, with a stellar lineup of food and fun planned from November 4 to 6.
